Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Customer Cancellations:

  • More than 7 days before the lesson/camp: Full refund or credit.

  • 3-7 days before the lesson/camp: 50% refund or full credit for a future booking.

  • Less than 72 hours before the lesson/camp: No refund. Rescheduling may be possible for a fee, subject to availability.

  • No-shows: No refund or credit.

2. Package & Multi-Day Course Policy:

  • Customers who purchase a lesson package or course and choose not to complete their lesson hours are not entitled to a refund.

  • Unused lesson hours will be issued as a credit valid for future lessons, subject to availability.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • If Wahoo Wind Co. cancels due to unsafe conditions or lack of wind, customers will receive either a full refund or a credit for a future lesson.

  • If a lesson starts but is cut short due to weather, customers will receive a prorated credit for the unused time.
